2nd Charge Refurbishment Loan on HMO - London

The clients applied to raise funds to carry out refurbishment works at their residential investment property and obtain a HMO Licence in order to maximise the income. Peninsula secured a second charge on the property to fund the works and once complete, and a HMO licence was obtained, the clients were able to refinance with a high street lender.
