The client applied to Peninsula to refinance his 3 industrial units. They were unable to refinance with a high street lender due to several missed payments so a 24 month bridge was offered in order for them to allow time to demonstrate serviceability. The client has since sold one of his units and Peninsula allowed the client to retain some of the sale proceeds in order to inject working capital into his business.
